The first
of what is planned to be an annual event in Plains is scheduled for July 17th &
18th,
2009. The Plains Pig Pickin' promises to be an enjoyable experience for the

On Friday
night, cooking
will begin and there will also be a street dance. The Joey
Stuckey Band will provide the music for the street dance from 9:00 pm until 12:00 midnight.
